 Your house will be marketed on the following home-buying websites: realtor.com, century21.com, homesandland.com, Zillow.com, Craigslist.com, kijiji.com, Oodle.com, Lycos, House.com,Trulia.com, hotpads.com, viewhomes.com, bestknoxhomes.com (my personal website), classifiedflyerads.com and16 other sites.

 Your house will be advertised in Homes & Land magazine which runs monthly and is delivered to everyone in Knox County that makes over $100,000 per year or has a home that is valued at $350,000 or more. It is also available at about every grocery store and post office in Knox and the surrounding counties.

 We will hold at least one ‘Open House’ each month until the house is under contract at your discretion.

 I will update you at LEAST  once a week on the progress of your sale.

 I will honor the Century21® Seller Service Pledge® and the REALTOR® Code of Ethics.

 I will present every offer, schedule every showing, and follow-up with the agent who showed it to find out the results. I will also forward a survey to the agent who showed it and get any feedback and share that information with you.
